why use glass?

does the glass break?
The glass tap water TM bottle is not unbreakable. You need to be careful with it, just as you need to be careful with your health and the environment.
how do I clean it?
Fill it with soapy water, close it, shake it and rinse it;
use a cleaning brush;
or put it in the dishwasher.
Do not use boiling water as the sudden change in temperature can crack glass.
filtered water?
We encourage you to refill your tap water TM bottle with water straight out of the tap, or for those in areas that need a little help, filtered tap water; just use it properly.

how do you ship the bottles?
tap water TM bottles are shipped from Toronto , Canada via Canada Post our national postal service. US and International orders can be tracked at:
http://canadapost.ca. To obtain your tracking number please conatct
racquel@tapwater-bottle.com. While this method may take a couple of days longer than courier services, it is better for the environment as there are not extra trucks coming to your house.
